who else got lucky and nabbed Big Sur 11.0.1 build 20b29

came from rc2, unenrolled and received a 2.1gb update to 20b29 and she's running great

My software update can't seem to see the 20B29 build to update to :/

Whats different between RC2 and this?

Thats how I ended up getting it as well. Still havent tried the App Store for the full one yet because Ive been playing with the new Logic that just came out with it.. After I unenrolled in Software Update I ended up having to reenroll and unenroll using the Terminal and then all of a sudden Software Update found the 2GB update for me. Try that and it may kick into action.

Got the 20B29 update. Upgraded straight from Catalina

Amazing, re-enrolling and unenrolling worked for me. Downloading the 2GB update now 😁
