Who else has a broken Netflix app after using 8.3?

I bought a $50 lightning to VGA cable so I can watch Netflix on my work computer while on my lunch break. Now that doesn't happen no thanks to the 8.3 iOS update. So my $50 cable is worthless with Netflix. 😡
