Some applications don't let you (easily) disable link previews and I hate that.

Thank you for attending my short rant.

iMessage drives me bonkers since it insists on giving previews when sending. If I see something funny on YouTube and I want to send a link to "10 seconds ago", then I can't just go to "copy URL at current time", paste it into iMessage and fiddle the time code back 10 seconds. Instead I need to paste into something like TextEdit, edit the code there, then copy it again and paste that. It's a usability nightmare.

I might also be sending URLs with tracking codes and stuff on them, since I can't see what I'm sending.

You can just right click on the preview in Messages and "Convert to Text Link" to do that before sending it.

I voted "Indifferent". I prefer knowing what I'm clicking on, so in that sense I like it, but I don't really care much in general.

There's a joke site that I used to send to friends pretty often. The URL hides the joke, which is NSFW, but the preview ruins it. So link preview ruined my ability to deliver that joke the way I would like, but otherwise, I'm fine with it.
