Can't wait. My 7Plus is due for an upgrade. I really enjoyed the 6Plus and my current 7Plus, but the size of the phone has become somewhat cumbersome over the years. Looking forward to picking up an XS as it will cause less hand strain for me. Also, looking forward to having a phone that fits better in my dress slacks.
Regardless, I think there will be something that makes everyone happy at this years launch event.

More interested than excited today for the conference since I'm already going with the X later tonight. Bummed out about possible of no new ipads coming out. But it's possible that will be held until Mac event (if there is one).
But, to me, it feels more like a spec bump & hardware improvements will be happening today. Nothing game changing or anything that screams MUST BUY NOW.

Rumor has it that the X is going to be discontinued. So you may not be able to get one from apple after the keynote. You can definitely get one from your carrier though. However, the XS is expected to start at 899 so you are probably better off waiting imo
Uprading with my carrier after work today. I would think they would still be available today as Apple would want to sell them
Instead of all the carriers returning them. Besides 899 is US only, will be a lot more than that in Canada.
Not excited, per se, but am definitely interested enough to watch it today. Of the Apple products that may come out this year, I’m most interested in a new iPad Pro. But iPads may not be in this event. If not, then. hopefully in October.

yeah but even if the X is discontinued, the X price won't go down from your carrier
I may be excited if they would announce some day that you can use normal Bluetooth controllers with the Apple TV

And smartphones are really that one gadget which has moved technology so far ahead. Steve Jobs was right that the App Store will be a huge thing and look at it now.

Yeah. I usually glance at twitter till post start showing up about the new phone. Then jump onto the keynote.
I'm excited because it's way more than just a phone. How long has it been since I've used the Phone app? I don't know, it's few and far between. Now, if all that Apple was announcing was a telephone, I wouldn't be too excited (unless it had a crank and went through a switchboard operator).
The Xr is reported not to have it, and it’s being dropped completely in 2019 models, if the rumour is correct.
