I think they're all brand new.
You luck. My replacement is a yellow tint as the original purchased one was a defect. I went to apply store but they refused to replace me for the reason was no technical defect. Disappointment with Apply.

left more yellow tinted, the right richer in blue and white calibration is much more defined and rich.
the replacement I tried for the left yellowish phone had the same yellow tint so i did not accept it.
will maybe give it some time and possibly swap it out if it really bothers me.
After having my original iPhone 4 replaced several times for various issues (overheating battery, dead pixels, etc), I've come to the conclusion that all of the refurbished (5K serial numbers) have the yellow-tinted screens.
Do Verizon iPhones have the yellow-tint screen out of the box? I remember hearing initial iPhone 4s had screens sourced from LG, but currently iPhone 4 screens are being produced by several different companies like Sharp.
Maybe the switch in manufacturers is the cause for the change of screen quality.
So have you learned to live with your yellow screen? While i like the blue screen, i remember how piercing it is in low light conditions.
is your screen lightly yellow or REALLY REALLY noticeable?

Mines a bit yellow and it doesn't bother me one bit. It's a phone... And I'll have a new one in a year.
Blue or yellow... Your phones do the EXACT same thing. And I personally think the yellowish one makes the Retina display look much better. I've compared them myself.
No. Yellow makes pictures look better. other than that, its trash. look at my above pictures earlier in the thread. Yellow screens suck.
Name one thing your blue iPhone can do that a yellowish one can't.
It's all preference. Just because you like something one way, doesn't mean everything else 'sucks'. Stop being ignorant.

I never said anything about that. I said yellow screens suck. Because they do. Find one iPhone at the Apple with a yellow screen. Look at my above link on page 2. That yellow screen worked the same as the blue one but who would ever keep that? Your 1 out of the 100 who are contempt with yellow. I also know if you had the option to get a white screen, you would in a second

You wont persuade anybody that the left screen is normal.
mines not to THAT extent. Mine is also not as yellow as the picture applenewton posted. Its just a TAD bit yellow.
After a few hours, I couldn't even tell that its yellow unless i remembered that its warmer than my first warm or read this thread lol.
the phones above are your eyes playing tricks. A yellow screen is like the link I posted, and even slightly yellower. But its a very noticeable which you can notice without comparing

btw, what brightness was the phone on to achieve that kind of yellow.
both phones set at 100%. But your phone isn't meant to be yellow. It should be as white as the displays and look just like the phones you see at the Apple store. Sure every screen is different, but if the phones they are advertising have a crisp white screen, they should ALL be like that.
There is no way to argue that.
And people with yellow screens, keep going to Apple. THEY WILL replace it. I was told by 8 different geniuses that the yellow tint is not normal at all. Even 2 guys who were shadowing from Cupertino at the SF store said it.
dang, u make me want to swap it out now hahaha. But my question is, will they? Like i said before, my screen isn't as close to yellow as yours. mine is in-between the white and yellow. not noticeable also u compare it directly to a cool white screen.
i did notice that when turned to an angle, the screen has more of a predominant yellow tinge.
im just afraid that the screen isn't yellow enough to them to warrant a replacement or that my next one has a yellower screen.
This is really annoying to me because I got the iPhone 4 shortly after release.. It was great, bur recently I was having issues hanging up a call. I would push end and it wouldn't "Hang up" the call.. I repeated pushed, but it didn't disconnect until the other person hung up..
My swap has this yellow screen. My original did not. I noticed it pretty quickly, but wondered if it was a setting. I had to drive 2 1/2 hrs each way to an Apple store for the swap.. Now I have to again?
