We're talking about the AT&T Fan Discount on your Online Account Management, you get it usually if your employer/school has a contract(deal I guess?) with AT&T.

Wow! Some of these discounts are pretty impressive. I thought I was doing well with my 8%. 🙄

This little bit gets me pretty angry. Prior to upgrading I used the B2B1500 and never had a problem. Now they're telling me it doesn't exist anymore. I spent almost two hours on the phone with three different CSRs and a supervisor and all claim it's not in the system. AT&T sure has a nice way of thanking me for the huge increase in the money I'm giving them per month. I have to give them credit though because they credited me the difference in what I was paying to what I'm paying now dr the next 10 months ($50) and then gave me $25 for the inconvenience.

I'm still pissed about losing it tho.
