I think the Wayfinder face is super cool and attractive face but for me, not very practical. First off, I much prefer a digital to an analog face. Also, I don't need a compass for everyday use. I just need a face where I can easily see the time, date, upcoming appointments, temp, etc. Wayfinder looks neat but seems like a bunch of useless fluff for people who aren't "explorers". I went back to the Modular face. Who else isn't using the Wayfinder face?

The Wayfinder night mode is cool but if you have sleep mode on it doesn't really matter as you can't see any face really.

I was initially skeptical of the face, but I keep coming back to it. It’s got everything, and it’s not cluttered. No clue how Apple pulled this one off.

I use a red Numerals Duo face for my sleep focus, same as I did with the S4 since long before there was any concept of a focus. And I’m using Contour for a “do-not-disturb” focus. But the rest of the day, it’s glued to Wayfinder.

I didn’t use it at first, but now I do. The Ultra made me start using different watch faces during the day, I never did that with my S5, I just had it on California.

Wayfinder is my “active” watch face, with weather and precipitation and workout metrics so I with a glance can decide on how to workout for the day. It’s grown on me for sure!

I immediately stuck with my utility face, still my favorite. I wish it would fade to red when the crown was turned but . . . .

I use Wayfinder. havent tried any others on my AWU. I hope they bring more out. only thing I want the Wayfinder to do ( unless im stupid and havent figured it out ) is to change the colour of the time band. not keen on white personally

It's in my list but I don't use it often.

I like my watch to look like a traditional watch - basically an analog watch with numbers and small date complication.
I do have a few other faces that I use for special occasions (Syracuse Orange/Buffalo Bills faces for game day, some holiday specific ones, the 2022 unity face when I'm wearing the band, etc).

What I think would be great is to have the bands coded to provide different configs for the watch.

ie. put on my Bills band and have it automatically select the proper face.

I have been using the Utility watch face since I began using the AW 4. I have low vision and it is easy to see the information I need.

I do like the Wayfinder face. It has a lot of information and features that I use frequently. I have it cleaned up and fitted out with the complications that I need.

Utility is my primary face but I switch back and forth between the two on a regular basis. When I am traveling (local and out of town), I use the Wayfinder.

Apple made it easy to switch between faces.
