Carrier Who manufactures iPad Air displays

I'm curious. Who manufactures displays for the iPad Air? And can you tell which one you have?

LG and Samsung are the makers.

On MBPs you can issue this terminal command
ioreg -lw0 | grep "EDID" | sed "/[^<]*</s///" | xxd -p -r | strings -6

but I don't think that will work for MBAs

IIRC, I believe there are 3 mfgs. LG, Sharp and Samsung.
