IUP has been out for a while now but T-Mobile customers are still not allowed to sign up online. I asked this question on T-Mo FB page and tweeted at Legere but I can't get a straight answer from anyone at T-mo. Does anyone know why we're still excluded?

T-Mobile’s backend computer systems are crap and can’t properly interface with Apple. That’s the only real reason. Even when you do it at the Apple Store, Apple employees have to bring out an iPad to connect to some legacy system T-Mobile uses to check accounts.

The above comment is correct :) Let just say T-Mobile is like Samsung. That is also the price all T-Mobile customers have to pay (one of their inconveniences) I remembered those days while I was with T-Mobile. Glad to leave them for Verizon,(Verizon = Apple for premium product/service)
