I'm attending a comic convention all weekend so I was really looking forward to having the watch by today...

No... Those were all Chicago orders. Well at least the original two were. One who got charged was an :04 order and one who hadn't was an :03.

It's probably because you're in Canada. A lot of you got hit last night.

Thanks. Here's my theory: my wife's watch arrived yesterday, and the universe wanted to ensure she could torture me for a full weekend before I get my own watch.
