Wow! That looks even better than it does on the website. Suits your pink Smart Cover very well.

I got mine today and I'm a little disappointed. Been trying to find an excuse to buy one - wasn't what I needed for my macbookpro or iPhones. Perfect for my iPad though! It's thinner than I expected and I think the seams are a little off. I feel like it's sewn crooked or something. The flap doesn't close evenly. It'll be fine I'm sure, just seems a little off.

I've noticed that with mine, too. I just try to keep in mind that it's handmade, so I can't be too upset with a few errors.

Can you tell me how loose it is without the smart cover? Thinking about ordering the one for smart cover just in case for the future.

I ordered one (designed for use with the smart cover) last week. I like it because it is different than all of the other cases I've seen online.

The one concern I have though, now that I think about it - if you drop the case with the iPad in it, will it protect it?

When I ordered this case it seemed like it would be a pillow for the iPad and protect it against an accidental fall.

P.S. WVU class of 2004. Lets goooooo mountaineers!

It's pretty loose even with the smart cover, & it's slightly looser without it. Not enough to fall out or anything, but it is roomy.

I don't think you'd have any trouble fitting an iPad + smart cover into the one made for just the iPad. I'm definitely not positive on that; I'm only basing that on my experience with the iPad + smart cover ColcaSac.

I think it would depend on what it fell on. Carpet? It'd probably be fine. Concrete? Not too sure.

I usually stick my iPad in the colcasac then into my school tote it goes.

I hope you don't have to find out! :p

P.S. That's awesome! I'm a junior in high school. Hoping to be attending fall of '12! :)

True. And I do like the pouch on the front.

Someone asked about the fit - I bought the one made for the ipad +smartcover even though I dont have a smartcover. The fit is fine. I just wanted to be sure if I ever did get a slim case/cover it would fit and I'm sure it would. I just held it upside down over my bed and the ipad does slip out so it's not 'snug'.

I don't feel it would protect the ipad from a fall or anything. I mostly got it so my ipad wouldnt be laying around naked vulnerable to scratches/dust and my cats claws.

Quick question for those who got one and have iPad 2 + Smart Cover: is it difficult to insert and extract the iPad from the Colcasac? I saw a video online and it looked like it is not very convenient to do so. Thanks!

For those who have already received their Colcasac - Did they send you a shipping notice or did it just show up one day after you ordered?

I ordered mine last Wednesday and haven't heard anything. Trying to get a timeline :)

No. Goes in smoothly. Very little wiggle room on the sides but there is a tiny bit of space. I'd say it's a good fit.

I received shipping notification. Perhaps it's in your junk mail folder?

dude, shes gonna play with your colcasac when she see that gift. Nice work.

True, true... I filled the ipad with apps and gave it to her last night. Also gave her the choice of the colcasac or the incase neoprene sleeve. Needless to say, the incase is going back to bestbuy.

I checked my junk folder - no luck :(

How soon after you placed your order did you receive shipping notice?

I had to email them several times in order to get a response. I received shipping notification a week after I placed my order, & received my package almost a week after that.

They were incredibly slow, to say the least.

Yeah this is actually the second time I've e-mailed them and haven't received a response. Could be a one-man operation over there.

First: I see that my bandwidth has been exceeded on the photos, but I don't feel like uploading them again.

Second: My only complaint about the sleeve after a few weeks of use would be the cotton. It gets terribly dirty if you don't take care of it.
