Option 4: Getting next phone (As long as it is a decent upgrade) and handing iPhone 4 down to 12 year old daughter :p

I won't sell until I see what the new iPhone looks like.

If it's still made of a fragile material like glass, I'll hold onto my 3GS and wait until the iPhone 6 comes out.

I have my iPhone 4 listed on eBay, but of course I'm worried about scams and I don't think I can get over $400 like some of you have. Plus eBay takes 9%.

Would you guys recommend I try Craigslist instead? I live in NYC so there should be a pretty large market. I was torn about which route to take.

I just sold mine on eBay! everything I have sold on there has went smooth. Just make sure you accept paypal payments only, put buyer requirements on (must have certain feedback). When they do buy make sure the money is in your paypal account. But then again they could say the item is defective or something  so its up to you. Im not a huge fan of craigslist

If you already have a 4, might as well hang on to it and tell people it's a 5, cause, chances are, no one will know the difference.
