How stable and robust Balzac is?

I use Mail exclusively, gets better every revision. At first in Tiger it seemed somewhat unstable, but with subsequent updates it's been pretty solid for me.

I'd like to use Mail, but I'm stuck with Entourage. Why? Because I can't figure out how to make Mail with with our Exchange server 😡
