If Steve Jobs shows up, he'll either be in a wheelchair or have to be helped out on stage and nobody wants that. If you've seen any of the recent photos of him, you'd know this is a non-issue - he doesn't have the strengh. If he makes an appearance at all, it will be a live video feed from his living room where he's resting in a chair. He would then announce the keynote and hand it off to Tim Cook.

People need to move on from the Steve Jobs - savior complex and let Apple move forward.

Yeah those pictures were in the tabloids so they must be true and are never photo-shopped!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_5 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8L1 Safari/6533.18.5)

Cook will probably announce the iPhone, the FaceTime chat with jobs would be neat though.
However if apple does release a TV this year, I bet Steve would make a surprise appearance.

Agreed. Although Steve had a great speaking style that very few can match (Obama being the only other great speaker I can think of. Please don't start a political argument based on my innocent comment!)

Don't forget George W Bush too
