Not even going to attempt this. It will (probably) be difficult enough getting it on day 1 through preordering with Apple, let alone trying at Best Buy, etc. I recall last year people thinking they were getting it on day 1 at Best Buy but then finding out towards the last minute that Best Buy didn’t have the stock they anticipated getting. I bet if you search Best Buy iPhone 7 launch here you can find some more details.

I wouldn't rely on those Stores. Either Apple or your local carrier would be the best options.

I remember couple year ago , when an iphone 5 slate color launch , non store have stock avail and i run around check like crazi , at the end i got lucky get it from Radioshack...,

I dont know how radioshack got it but it brand new sealed plastic,

From that i learn .. there is a Detour road if Road closing :D:D:D:D

In the past I've had good experiences pre-ordering through Verizon or Apple. Target has had some good offers on iPhones but I don't think I would try if I wanted to get one on release day.

Here is stup***id i made

I buy appletv at target 112$ 32 gb wifi include tax cauze blk friday sale
and that time all store cheapest was 149.99$

after test and play i return it and get refund

for a month later i need to buy it again and that return regular price 149.99$

i was embarrass :p

No reason to go to other stores. Just pre-order on Apple.com. If that doesn't work out, keep checking the in-store availability.

If Target and Walmart 100% sure has stock for preorder pickup i would try .:)

If ypu want the newest color which Apple introduces.. you will be out of luck... Not a single store had JB last year on day one... regardless of carrier/storage. Stick with preorder or line up prior night at Apple store
