Can't tap an artists to shuffle all songs

Can't tap an album to shuffle all songs

If i want to browse my artists and find a song i have to go to Library -> Downloaded Music -> Artists -> Artist Name -> Album Name -> Song, so many taps!

Artists previews are all but gone on the list view as well.

And what's with the crazy large font on the "playing" window?

And for some reason search requires its own tab?

I swear, they've made this app solely to promote Apple Music.

I have 5000 songs on my phone and this update has made it that much suckier to listen to them :/

One can always use the search function to find artists, songs whatever. Why don't you?

Oh and I love love love the new music app. Only the font size for artist/titles could be a little smaller so they don't need to scroll.

because i can't possibly memorise 5000 or more songs, i want to be able to browse my library quickly

You should check out apps like Cesium, Ecoute or Marvis. They integrate the music library.

I think they were blind, not drunk. Either way it's terrible.

Gave up on Apple Music months ago when I discovered Spotify. It seriously blew my mind that I hadn't given Spotify a chance earlier.

The seek bar in Apple's music app are a total torture. 90% of the times, you cannot even find the tiny line on the app on iOS 7-9. On iOS 10, the tiny line has changed to tiny dot. When you tap on that dot, it animates to become bigger as if that is going to help. My everyday circus is to hit that tiny dot and I fail most of the times. BTW seeking bar also lags and lacks fluidity of iOS 6 and before. It is one of those few attention to details which made iOS 1-6 the greatest ever.

I hate the new Music app. The iOS 9 / 8.4 version was an exciting experience, a bit overwhelming, but it felt like visiting a record store with lots of exciting things to see and do. Now it's dull, hidden and overly LARGE.

Not for me. I can't stand the white and pink colour scheme. I honestly think iOS 5's music app was the best they ever made. It was clean, simple and easy to use. Can't find a single thing wrong with it.

It sucks that you can't clear Up Next, that you have to swipe for the Shuffle and Repeat buttons, super large names and controls, and that lyrics need an AM subscription.
