Tomorrow morning i’ll preorder a series 4 lte. What about the sim price plan? I mean, can i decide what to do with my new watch when it will arrive to my door? Or i will be forced to insert my phone number and choose the plan during shopping operations?

Do other online retailers do preorders? I'd like to buy at one of the authorized retailers that doesn't charge tax to most states. Don't care much if I get it a few weeks after Apple direct orders.

PS - Last year I had full intent of getting up for the preorder and then slept through thinking it wouldn't be a big deal, and it was a big deal. I spent an egregious amount of time finding another retailer with a S3 LTE SS 42mm watch and it was a nightmare. I won't make that mistake again. I'd rather be up early, place my order for a 9/21 delivery and rest easy the rest of the morning than spend all day or the next few days trying to lock down what I want. Food for thought.
