Apple better put out the FaceID iPads already. I’m getting dysfunctional after owning the iPhone X for only 2 days.

Who’s on the same boat as me?

Yeah I did it last night when I went to bed. Thankfully the wife was asleep so she didn’t see me making a prat of myself 😀

This is how Apple does it, raking in the dough.

Delete the home button on their flagship product and now everyone will be upgrading their iPad mini, iPad 10" and iPad 12" to the iPad X versions. Then the Macbook X for the facetime recognition.

Heck, I’m always messing up on my iPad. It doesn’t even have Touch ID! Now I’m going to try to swipe then touch, and neither will work.

I am not doing it for unlocking, but am doing it for app switching. Fortunately with iOS 11, the iPad app switcher does show up when swiping from bottom.

I was going back to my iPhone 7 to retrieve some old stuff and found myself wanting to go home by swiping up. It's amazing how quickly a lot of us have adapted to that gesture. And to me that's fascinating. I thought it would be the one thing I would have the hardest time getting used to (not having the home button).

Even after about five minutes into using the iPhone X, swiping up to go home had become second nature. Found myself instinctively wanting to do that when I picked up my girlfriend’s iPhone 6.
