Already upgraded. Works well. At first, I had planned to only update my iPad Air 2, but when I realized that the new Notes will not synch properly with my 6 Plus on 8.4.1 (obviously), I upgraded that also.

Try with iTunes , thats what I did last evening for my iPad mini .
My iPhone 6 and my husbands iPad Air and iPhone 5 were updated OTA

I know i'll have to update sooner or later so I updated my devices on day 1.

iOS7.1.2 on iPhone 4S and iPad2, and they will stay there unless Apple actually does wonders when it comes to speed, in iOS9.1+.
