why 1440x900 on MBA and not on MBP?

    is there any reason to put a 1440x900 in a MBA 13 and not to offer that also to the mbp13?

    I haven't a clue but it pisses me off :mad: Lately I have been turning into a resolution nut and 1280x800 just blows when your encoding 1080p blue rays...that said I use an external display via HDMI now for allot of things.

    Yes it's shame Apple doesn't offer that option on the MBP.

    The gamut on the MBP 13" is still higher though.

    I think Apple is just planning on upgrading the screen resolution when they redesign the Macbook Pro's.
