Why am i stuck on this Screen...?!?!?!?!?

I did a successful jailbreak using redsnow an ios 4.2.1 software. an yet, when it reboots this comes up..

I tried all sorts of software to exit out what i thought was "recovery mode" but nothing works. Why!

4.2.1 JB is tethered so everytime you reboot, you need to run redsnow again I believe.

well i tried that, and the pineapple came up, but yet, the same screen again

Re-run redsn0w again, this time use the "tethered boot" option, you need to do that every time you reboot.
