Why "App Store" removed my data??

Every time i download an app, it asks me to Agree/Disagree the conditions, and my account is bugged??

Anyone else?

My niece had the same problem I believe, she's on vacation atm, but I will ask her if she resolved it and if so, how.

You have to agree otherwise you cant have the app
its a forced situation

Seems like the question is why it would be coming up every time.
