An estimated 30MM Apple watches were sold in 2019. We can certainly expect more, but those numbers say more to Apple and the investors that people who buy an Apple Watch value the features, and that as long as you can get a full day out of it, it's good enough.Sorry but you are making excuses for Apple. Are you telling that not using one of their most advertised features is a way to compensate their shortcomings?
And I still stand by my sleep tracking statement. It's a novelty and no doctor is going to make health decisions based on it. Same with SpO2. And even ECG. Well advertised, yes, helpful maybe, but I'm sure there's plenty of other features you don't use and still value a device.
