iPhone 15 Pro Max Why Apple doesn’t support iPhone 15 Pro Max cases anymore?

Their garbage case is falling apart on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I walked into an Apple Store this week to buy a new case (I know from experience they won’t replace ****), guess what they told me, they only sell iPhone 17 cases. They say I should try buying it from someone else online, such as Temu or Aliexpress.

So there is no support at all their own case fails after 2 years of use? I cannot even buy a new one?

If it's garbage – why do you want to buy another one? There are hundreds – maybe even thousands – available from other brands.

Literally thousands of cases out there to choose from, so what’s your problem?

Clearly, judging from your last few posts, Apple isn’t right for you, maybe do as you’ve suggested previously and consider moving to Android. Perhaps you would be happier then.

I've never heard anyone use the word "support" word to mean "carry" 🤔

Anyway, companies tend to not carry accessories for products they no longer sell, especially in physical stores where space is very limited.

But actually you're in luck, Apple still sells this 15 PM case online. It looks like the employee you talked to wasn't aware.

The Apple cases that came with the 15 Pro series in my opinion were trash compared to the Apple Leather or Techwoven cases. For your 15 Pro Max, Pitaka makes a really great Aramid fiber case or if you prefer leather, you can get a really nice case from SLG (although their website is getting updated and they won’t be back up til mid August) or from DECODED although I’m currently on their waitlist for their case for my 15 Pro Max.

There are better options over having an Apple case.
