Resolved Why are my Notification Badges acting odd.

Here's what I have installed on my Absinthe v0.3 JB iPad 2 5.0.1

SBSettings
Activator
RetinaPad
FullScreen for iPad
AdBlocker
Barrel
NoLockScreen
ScreenDimmer
RemoveBackground

Yeah i think its barrel, my Notifications do this also and respring fixes it.

Didn't have it before installing Barrel

Had it after installing Barrel.

Installed Barrel again and it seems that the developer has fixed the issue.
