Why are some of my apps using so much data?

    That's the thing though. I don't have anything saved and I haven't created anything using those apps. I delete the apps then redownload them and its fine but when I start scrolling through to view the ones other people have created it starts storing data somehow.

    Could it be a bug? Not all my apps do this.

    This is a problem for me as well!

    For example: the Bloomberg app is only 16.7 MB, but it has accumulated 68.9 MB of data. This app data is totally useless as I read the news only once but they get downloaded and stored on my device every single time I check the news...

    You can see how much data your apps are accumulating under Settings > Genereal > Usage.

    I assume that one way to delete the unnecessary data is to delete the app and reinstall.

    Does somebody know an other way? Please help!

    is there away around this besides deleting the App completely? My phone is 4 days old and only have a few apps but would like to delete the data that i've accumilated in each of the apps..

    I guess this isn't possible right?
