Why are there iPhone address book entries and MobileMe entries?

In my iPhone Address Book I have two separate areas. iPhone groups and MobileMe groups. Of course I'm syncing with MM but I'm not having this issue on my iPad which is good because I actually don't want this. How can get rid of this?

Yup. Thought that might be the problem. I guess I shouldn't iTunes sync? Only app sync? I'm still going to see the Mobileme groups on my iPhone though that way.
