If I hear from my family or friends that "it's just a phone" one more time, I'll blow a gasket.
These things haven't been "just a phone" in nearly 10 years. This is my phone, yes, but it's also my ENTIRE internet, the only games I play anymore, the way I know where my family members are (find my friends), the way I keep up with the weather and sports scores.
So yeah I'm freaking excited for a "phone", if you want to call it that.
I hear you, but I think their point is, it's just a DEVICE. A thing, a physical object. It's not life and death or a family member or something. In the grand scheme of things, if you get it Friday, next week or next month it really doesn't matter.
