iPod touch Why cant I add this? (video file)

Im trying to add a video file to my iPod touch the format is MPEG-4 Movie.

I though the touch chould play this. Whats wrong?

Yes when I try to syncing it will say Bleach episode 170 cannot be added becouse it cannot be played on this ipod.
