iPod touch Why can't I connect to the internet?

Since I reset my router/modem and changed my password, I couldn't connect to the internet on my ipod touch?
 
Did you reset the router as in a complete reset of all settings? Or did you power it down and backup? Go to settings-wifi on your touch and choose your Wifi connection and hit Forget This network (i think) and try again
