iTunes has the Keynote from Macworld 2008, but I can't download it. I have no idea why not. The button for "Subscribe" and the button for "Get Episode" are both grayed out. Any ideas why? I am logged into the music store with my account...I just can't download it.

What I'm looking at is here:

    Any ideas??

    Thanks in advance.

Have you downloaded the most recent version of itunes? It has bundled with it the most recent quick time update. It may be possible that if you have not, the format that the keynote is in is not compatible with your version of itunes.

My guess is that you will need 7.6.

I just tried your link, and I have 7.6 and I had no problems with getting it to download. Also, the button itself is gray and my pointer did not change to the little finger, it stayed an arrow. You might just try clicking it anyway.

    Good luck.

Yes I have downloaded the most recent version. 7.6. Is it working for you? This is really strange!
