    Hi-

i've tried putting an alias in the startup folder, but it still doesn't work....

should i try putting the actually icon for the app in there, or what?

    thanks.

    Try

    System Prefs>Accounts>Login Items

then click the little + symbol under the list window and select the app. If you click the hide tick box once it's been added to the list it'll be invisible once launched.

    Hope that helps!

    thanks for the response,

i've actually tried that also, and still no luck....

i did notice though, that under "kind" it doesn't say"application" it says "unknown".

could that have anything to do with it?
