- iOS8 iPad Air, why is it I cannot sign into YouTube from my iPad Air?

Also I found I cannot buy a Amazon kindle book directly from my Amazon App from my iPad Air today. Is this a related issue?

Normally I buy both iBooks and kindle books from the BookBub email daily letter. No problems from BookBub at all.

I have no such problems.
Set up as new and try again.

Amazon wrote me this evening that I must go to Kindle Store IN SAFARI. I cannot use the Amazon App, nor the Kindle Reader App. F____g wierd.

Ok. That's settled.

Now, the YouTube issue: On the iPad Air in iOS8, I open the YouTube App and I'm signed into YouTube automatically from the cloud, I think.

The problem is that I cannot COMMENT on any YouTube posts using the iPad Air. Is that normal? I can comment using Yosemite/Safari on an iMac. Why are we not allowed to comment using the YouTube App on an iPad Air?

The Amazon thing is so they don't have to give Apple a percentage of every sale of every Kindle book like they would if they allowed for purchases within the app.
