iPhone 11 Pro Why can’t I watch my videos on 4G

Hi guys

I’ve recently upgraded my phone and upgraded from icloud.

It will only let me watch my videos (camera roll) on WiFi. Why is this?

My pictures aren’t loading either, well they are just not very gold quality.

Any suggestions?

Run a speed test from fast.com
Assuming you're referring to your videos on YouTube.
Also some cellular plans limit video streaming to 480p
Also if you upload a video to YouTube, you'll only see the low res version for a while after uploading as it processes the file to make higher res versions available later on.

If everything is in iCloud, maybe iCloud servers are slow at the moment

they work / load fine when I have WiFi, but don’t when I am using 4G

I restored my new phone from backup 3 days ago

I believe this is the setting you are looking for. It hasn’t downloaded all the videos/pictures from iCloud yet.
