Really? Is that why I have full bars on 3G everywhere I go? If you noticed, 3G from AT&T is located in places and cities that matter and are more heavily populated. Why would they put 3G towers in the boonies or in the desert? More so, in central U.S. where there are tornadoes spinning around constantly?
Answer: (1) people in the boonies are worthless and have no money, therefore no profit for AT&T. (2) How many people actually live in the desert regions of the U.S. I mean really? Again, not much profit gain and they would have to build expensive 3G towers. (3) The tornadoes infested scenario speaks for itself.
On another note: T-Mobile sucks. I had it, and got nothing anywhere. Sure their customer service is decent. But they offered me more minutes for free. Problem here was I couldn't use them because of no damn signal anywhere. And I live in a metropolitan city so there really isn't a reason for that. Plus, let's not forget there is a tower not but 2 miles from where I live. I have never experienced a dropped call. Verizon. Tsk Tsk. They actually have to stoop to the level to compare their **** with AT&T. Just like the Droid against iPhone commercials. However, I can't say much because Apple has their ads against Microsoft. But at least those are funny and I'm sure even Steve Ballmer finds them somewhat comical. Hell, maybe even Bill. [:
But yeah, I have AT&T and an iPhone 3GS and have full 3G every step I take and have never lost signal. Yay for eastern USA. The better half of the US. <3
