So I’m always having situations where I need the 3.5mm jack adapter but I don’t have it on me (despite having 3 of the damn things in specific places). Yesterday I had this bright idea...

No joy at Maplin (they don't stock them any more, apparently) but if anyone else is looking they're £1 as an add-on item at Amazon.
