Why do Apple TV Podcasts Take Longer?

Has anyone noticed that if you subscribe to iTunes podcasts, that new podcasts take hours longer to show up as available on the Apple TV vs an iPad or iPhone?

Podcasts in the iOS Podcasts app always show up much sooner than Apple TV and I was curious if anyone knew why?
