iPad just came through. Straight away I notice massive yellowing to the top of the screen. Went to put the screen protector on, and then notice dust trapped under the screen, as well as what appears to be glue stuck to the black bezel, which wont come off without literally chiseling half the screen off.

Still havent decided on a refund or an exchange yet. But once again, Apple have let me down with their quality control.

It's OK...

You "bother" with them because they have excellent customer service. Go let them prove it by taking your new iPad to your closest retail store!

:D

And get another iPad with the same issues? I love the iPad but be prepared to do a couple of exchanges.

Yellow ?! Can you post a pic?

Yes apple= excellent customer service. At least you will be able to exchange w no issues.

I did this 3 times with my 2010 iMacs and never got a good one. Had to fight apple to the death to get a refund.

It really depends on what the exchange time will be for me to opt for that over a refund.

Darn, that is a bummer. My mom's came earlier and not a thing wrong. Screen is crisp, no major bleeding(didn't fully test), and not an ounce of yellow.

Now, I am waiting on mine from Fedex...

The alternative is a crappy tablet where they will laugh at you if you complain of a yellow screen. At least Apple will keep exchanging it till it is right.
Bad luck is bad luck, sorry it happened.

As long as I pay with BarclayCard, no company can laugh at me for their faults ;)
