I have a strange one here. When I am using my Apple Mail program, It goes out ok, but still appears in my draft box. Not every mail does it , however a lot them do. How do I know they are going out? I am talking to the person I am sending something to, and they said they got it fine. But I look in my drafts box and there it sits. Right now I have 3 in there that I sent today. This is happening with my .mac account. Any ideas before I call Apple Support?

Check your settings, you may have it set to save a draft automatically every couple of minutes. If you type an email quickly, it won't save a draft, which explains why it only happens to some of them.

I looked in my Mail Prefs. I do not see anything about a option to save a draft automatically at all? Where would I look exactly? Can you tell me?

I know the problem, but like most things in my every day life it's not worth the trouble looking into it any deeper than highlighting it and pressing "Delete."
