why does amazon have the alum macbooks

    You have to very careful when you buy from Amazon. They have all these
    old models mixed in with the current ones. Go by the Apple part numbers.

    Having said that, I have bought two Apple laptops from them. You save all
    the sales tax and often get a rebate back too.

    wait so they came out with aluminum macbooks and went back to the white ones?! :eek:

    The aluminum MacBooks became the 13" MacBook Pros.

    would it be worth it to get the aluminum macbooks on amazon? or is there a reason why they discontinued it so quick.

    yeeees ;) but i was looking for the lowest tier. Only interested in very basic computer stuff. Thanks for the help everyone I will be going for the 13 macbook pro! :apple:
