I recently switched my phone, internet, and cable to Comcast because it was cheaper. Wow, their customer service sucks! First of all, it took them 3 freaking hours to install 4 receivers in the house because 5 of them were defective. The HD receiver they gave us is used, ugly, scratched, and with buttons popping out. We did not notice it until the technicians left. We immediately called Comcast. They only replace receivers if they are not working, if they work, they wont replace it. OMFG. They could atleast repair it. We threatened to switch back to DirecTV, but they wont do anything. Wow, I hate Comcast.
