I just bought a new iPhone 6S. I restored from iTunes backup but Photos on my new iPhone kept uploading thousands of photos that already are on iCloud Photo Library. Why?
Shouldn't this be one way syncing (downloading from iCloud Library to the phone, not uploading from phone which yet to taking any pictures, to Library)?
