Why does Infograph face not have Mail option?

I noticed the Infograph face does not allow you to select Mail as one of the options on the screen. Seems odd. Anyone else notice that?

It’s to prevent you from mailing Tim Cook about the missing message and phone complications.

also, Pillow app cannot be on infograph or infomodular.
The two 3rd party apps that I have that can go on infograph are Shazam and PCALC.

They gave us the favorites complication with mail, message, and phone for one person. But that should have been in addition to, not instead of, the individual complications for each.
