why does it always say "We were unable to complete set up online"???

    Decided to finally sign up as a future and first time iPhone user (coming from my beloved Nokia N95). For some reason I'm mostly able to pick my plan but then it just says "We were unable to complete set up online" and this all day?? Anyone else getting this? I'm just gonna go to the store first thing in the morning if it keeps going on.
    I was at the Apple store this morning but for some reason didn't think of making a reservation there at that time...-.-

    I think its because of AT&T's website problem. They are not allowing any upgrades right now and i guess that includes new users as well

    then why are we able to get by the "eligibility" section. it's only when submitting the order that this error comes up.

    yep, thats the weired part. I qualify for a full discount and waved upgrade fee but this crap still comes up.

    I am literally using 3 computer to attempt pre-ordering, and have received this exact same issue at least 100 times. Any solutions?
