Now I'm not saying the arrival of the iPhone is more important than Christmas or anything, but it defenitly feels like it, maybe it's just me.

The night before I'll be using my 3G for the last time. I'll be up all night tracking the fedex/ups systems with a lot of you I'm sure. We will all be worried it wont get here on time. In the morning I wont be able wait until the delivery guy gets here. Then...the excitement of activating! haha

Yeahhhhhh I know... "it's just a phone"....but hey i'm 16 and its summer...I have nothing better to do

awwwwwwwwwwwww... well... it feels like christmas is coming cuz IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm not 16 (21... every year... every birthday... yep.... never get older! lol!) but i'm super excited to get my iP4, too!!!!! and ya.... launch day for a new iphone IS more important than christmas!!!!! yep.... i said it!

enjoy the waiting.... enjoy the tracking the planes/shipments... and most of all ENJOY YOUR NEW PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not a hater. I'm proud that I'm a fan of the greatest product line a company has to offer. ;)

What's that
Excellent overpriced product (Their computers)
Good phone with horrible service (iPhone on AT&T)
Useless product (iPad, AKA Oversized iPodTouch)
Most well known music player (iPod)

Not apple's fault
Maybe you dont have a use for them...ohh well that's you, some people do
100 Million

Because you're an apple fanboy.

Please tell me, is it not possible to be excited about a new product and not be called a fanboy? It's such a douche-bag word.

I really don't get it. If you like a product, whether it be an Apple, Microsoft, Google or Moto product, you're instantly labeled a fanboy? WTF?

edit: spelling

Your 16. Wait until you get older and Christmas is no longer about the "stuff". Me, I'm hoping I get it the 24th because I'll be out of town the next week.

You don't see us lurking around the Droid forums do you?
We are all happy iPhone users, why do you want to bring us down?

I don't, I want to introduce you to the world of OPEN SOURCE, which is why jobs denounces adobe, because it's not open source.
And how can you be happy when you don't have service?

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A293 Safari/6531.22.7)

It's not Christmas. It's a multinational company releasing a non essential product. Slight difference.

I've tried jailbreaking, and I've had considerable experience with Android. It just works this way and I like that.

Plus, I have service whenever I'm in Florida (like 4-5 months of the year). When I'm in New York for school though, that's another story haha. It's still worth it for me, though.

Don’t have service? Are you talking about AT&T? AT&T is great for me. If I was on Verizon and they had good service, I’d get the Droid, but I’m not. The Droid has its good points, but so does the iPhone.

Anyway, I don’t feel the need to convert anyone.

Yeah, I'm a fangirl too, whatever. Guaranteed on Wednesday night I'm going to be tossing and turning and checking Fedex/UPS status from my iPhone 3G on the nightstand ;)

Thursday I have to work, but my S.O. is working from home so the second it arrives I'll zip home to grab the iPhone 4 and come back to work to try activating it on my Macbook. Good times, can't wait! :)

they signed a contract knowing verizon is the best service in the US, they seem to be quite open in other markets, canada for one has 3 carriers...

IIRC, Verizon wanted nothing to do with the iPhone, Apple went to them first before (then) cingular.

Anyway, where I live AT&T has great coverage, and verizons is subpar.
