Just about every time I boot into Windows 10 my MacBook Pro 2020 with 16GBS of RAM runs hot and the fan is on all the time. Why? It rarely does this booted in Mac mode.

It’s not optimized for Windows so there’s a lot of info lost in translation when it comes to efficiency/power management.

If your MacBook Pro has a discreet GPU, that is ALWAYS enabled in Windows via Boot Camp for... reasons ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So that could be part of it.
