its weird, dont know if the issue is just teamviewer, or a clash between civ 5 and teamviewer.

my imac is pretty stable. rarely any problems. i often use teamviewer to dial in to download stuff when im at work, access files, and sometimes play football manager or civ 5, the only 2 games really that you can play over such a slow connection.

often when using teamviewer but either normally, or possibly always, playing civ 5, it loses connection then i cant connect for 5 mins, then when i can, my mac has restarted.

it has a message that says 'your computer was restarted because of a problem. click report to see more detailed informaiton and send a report to apple.'

    the error report is

It appears to be due to a severe Memory Leak. Please ensure that you have the latest version of TeamViewer (Check for Updates) and that you use Software Update to update your Mac to the latest fixes.

I would recommend getting the latest version of TeamViewer. Should take care of the problem.

Turning off PowerNap in Energy Saver worked for me.

I'm all up-to-date on TeamViewer as well as Mavericks (or any other updates from Apple) and I'm still experiencing this issue. I also see no "Power Nap" option that you speak of....

Power nap is in the energy preference pane in system preferences.
I would have thought this problem would have been patched by now! Make sure you are using latest OS updates too.
