iPad Why does my iPad Pro stop charging when sleeping

In Settings check this USB toggle setting at the bottom of the picture and turn it on. If you’re plugging directly into a charger then you just may need to restart it. But if you’re using a computer or some device like a speaker dock, alarm clock, etc. this should do it.
