I've got a mid-2010 MBP with NVIDIA GT 330m i7 2.66GHz

I've had this problem for a while and didn't think it serious enough to contact Apple, maybe that was a mistake.
Anyway I keep seeing this (image below) all the time using any browser (mainly Safari or Chrome) and a hell of a lot when watching videos.

Any ideas what the problem is, or anyone with similar issues? I've noticed it on every OS X since Snow Leopard.
Thanks

GPU failure.

There was a repair program done by apple for these particular GPU's a couple of years ago for this issue. I'm afraid that scheme is now finished.

A third party apple repair place may well be able to do something but thats your best bet.

Thanks, I'm tempted to sell it a get a new one, maybe on the next MBP release.

You're going to have a hard time selling a computer with a failing graphics card unless you are very dishonest or sell it for parts.
