why does my wifi

fluctuate i have my wireless router and im right next to it i get 3 bars or 4 sometimes less on my 5s

The WiFi indicator on the iPhone only has 3 "bars."

Anyway, if you aren't seeing significant changes in speed when connected to your WiFi, I wouldn't worry about it.

Are you sure you aren't looking at phone signal strength.
There are't four bars on wi-fi
